1. Who we are

Cohero Media is a digital services brand operated by Ozelux Tech (Chamber of Commerce / KvK no. 97042838). For the purposes of this policy, "Cohero Media" and "Ozelux Tech" refer to the same legal entity. Ozelux Tech is the data controller for your personal data; this policy is governed by Dutch law and the AVG/GDPR.

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, business name and your message.
• WhatsApp communication: your number and message content when you write to us via WhatsApp.
• Technical logs: standard server logs of our hosting provider (IP address, date/time, requested page). Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we process your data

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule a strategy call (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To handle quotes, contracts and invoicing if we start working together (Art. 6(1)(b) and legal obligations, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure and working properly (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Form and message data is kept for no longer than 12 months after your enquiry is closed; if we start working together, contract and invoice records are kept for the statutory Dutch fiscal retention period (7 years).

5. Sharing

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with providers required to deliver the service: our hosting infrastructure and the messaging channel provider (WhatsApp/Meta). These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights (AVG/GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. Send your request to info@cohero-media.com; we respond within 30 days.
